Books & Journals

• All book and journal sales are final

• Replacements are issued only for items damaged during shipping

• Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos

Apparel & Merchandise

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address entry, or failure to read product descriptions.
